Smoke and Soot Residue in Fort Pierce

The house fire in this Fort Pierce house covered most surfaces with a sooty, black substance, as shown in the Before Photo. Other than replacing fire damaged materials and contents, our SERVPRO team can mitigate the soot and odor presence that permeates this structure. Without demolition, we can use special chemical sponges, hand tools, and detergents to wipe down most of the sooty films on the ceiling, walls, and contents. The After Photo depicts the results before we prime these surfaces with an odor and staining-killing paint. This rehab of soot and smoke stains is a process that eliminates extensive demolition, disruptions to our customer's routines, and high costs.
