Mold and Water Damage in a Fort Pierce Kitchen

A persistent drip under the base cabinet in a Fort Pierce kitchen can lead to the damage shown in the Before Photo. Our SERVPRO crew removed the cabinets and fixtures to stop the small leak and begin the cleanup and build back. We removed the crumbled sheetrock and sprayed the exposed wall void with an antifungal agent to help prevent future mold growth. The discarded materials were bagged before removal to eliminate cross-contamination to clean rooms in this residence. We work neatly, replacing only what is necessary, and ensure a sanitary state has been reached before beginning the build back.
